A four-story Long Beach office building northwest of where the 405 and 710 freeways meet sold for nearly $13.4 million.
Real estate brokerage CBRE reported the sale on Tuesday. Atlantic Pearl Investments, Inc., a Los Angeles real estate investment firm, acquired the building from a “Brookfield-sponsored private real estate fund,” according to the announcement.
The building, at 1501 Hughes Way, has nearly 78,300 square feet of space and 88 percent occupancy.
Mark Shaffer, Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache and Doug Mack of CBRE’s Investment Properties SoCal Team represented the seller in the deal.
